Craft innovative and aesthetically pleasing visual solutions that meet the unique needs and objectives of clients, often spanning branding, marketing digital assets, indoor and outdoor adverting and multi channel ad campaigns.
Creating intuitive, visually appealing designs that facilitate user interactions, conducting user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and working closely with developers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience. Always balancing aesthetics with functionality.
Working closely with clients to understand the target audience, market trends, the brand’s values, and then creating strategies that encompass elements like messaging, visual identity, and market positioning.
My goal is to ensure consistency and authenticity in how the brand is presented and perceived, ultimately strengthening its reputation and competitive advantage in the industry.

Brand Manager at AIESEC Ukraine
🌎AIESEC is the largest international youth organization in the world, present in 126+ countries with 500+ employees and 80,000 volunteers, which seeks to develop leadership skills in young people and through international internships, contributing to the reduction of youth unemployment. As head of Brand Experience, I was responsible for designing and executing brand positioning and lead generation strategy - for both digital and physical channels of AIESEC Ukraine. I was also responsible of coordinating a network of 7 local offices with more than 50 volunteers that were working inside the marketing department of AIESEC Ukraine.

Social Projects Director at AIESEC Romania
Organizing social projects to improve education in Romania. For 1 year, I created and followed a strategy to implement social projects that contribute to the improvement of social issues in Romania like discrimination, quality of education, ecology and green energy, sustainable development; I coordinated over 400 volunteers, recruiting over 1600 international students to come to Romania and work with children ages 5-18 to bring a development in our society. ▎Main Results 30.000 young people that took part in non-formal educational projects 40+ cities and villages involved +200 public institutions partnered with +1600 international teachers recruited ▎ Responsibilities • Plan, execute and track the overall operational strategy of the project •Develop and implement the branding proceess for 3 national projects • Lead the team members to ensure cross-functional operational alignment for goal achievement • Represent the project in the Local NGO and external environment to serve as a bridge when needed • Participate in the project network to foster collaboration and innovation among a national network of Local offices of the NGO • Measure advancements and impact and report to the corresponding bodies. • Establish several partnerships to ensure the project's well being and sustainability and increase its impact. |
